Seeing appearance... seeing disappearance

At every moment, something appears...
and disappears.

There is nothing to fabricate.
Nothing to retain.

Simply seeing.

More details: Meditative evening

In the intimacy of my home, I offer you a meditative evening. A warm moment to be together in simplicity, letting ourselves be inspired by a Sutta of the Buddha, followed by meditation practice. This will allow us to establish ourselves with wisdom and morality on the path of noble liberation.

Returning to oneself in order to return home more fully

A time of shared presence to meet again after thirty days of listening, letting go, and transformation.

More details: Returning to oneself in order to return home more fully

Thirty days of listening, setting down, and allowing oneself to be moved through. Something has opened. Something has settled. And gently, a transformation has taken root. We invite you to meet again on Wednesday, May 20, from 5:00 PM onward, for a time of shared presence. A space to be together, simply. In person... or remotely, via Zoom, wherever you are. We suggest bringing a vegetarian meal to offer and share, in simplicity of heart. At 7:30 PM, we will open a sharing circle, allowing words to emerge... or silence to speak, and allowing what has been lived to continue unfolding gently in each person. The meeting is offered in the spirit of Dana, a free contribution, a gesture of the heart.

Impermanent indeed are formations, their nature is to arise and pass away; Having arisen, they cease; their stilling is happiness.
